We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interaction.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements

  • No formal qualifications are required, but a passion for caring and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Experience working with clients with dementia or other disabilities is desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including waking nights.
