About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients who are medically fit for discharge but do not require acute care.

About Us:
Buckinghamshire NHS Trust provides comprehensive healthcare services to residents in Buckinghamshire, England. Our hospital operates a 22-bedded unit at Olympic Lodge, where you will provide physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work within a dynamic rehabilitation setting, delivering high-quality physiotherapy interventions to patients awaiting discharge.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning, ensuring holistic care is provided in line with individual patient needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff or students within the team, promoting skill development and growth.

Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience working in rehabilitation or discharge planning settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and team-working skills, with ability to manage a varied caseload.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this role is £21-£23 per hour.
