About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Adult Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assessments and treatments for patients, providing advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, carers, and relatives. They will also participate in continuing professional development and contribute to organisational objectives. Our ideal candidate will have experience in junior rotational Physiotherapy posts in the NHS, including acute medicine rotations, and knowledge of clinical governance areas such as quality, audit, and risk management.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the Health Professions Council, and evidence of continuing professional development. You should also be able to carry out manual therapy techniques, have awareness of your own professional abilities, and possess clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
