Community Garden Assistant

We are looking for a community garden assistant to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our gardening program and contributing to the development of our community garden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with gardening sessions for service users with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Help to design and implement new gardening projects and initiatives.
- Promote the benefits of gardening as a therapeutic activity and encourage service users to participate.
- Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for fundraising and resource development.
Requirements:
- Experience in gardening or horticulture, preferably in a community or therapeutic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid first aid certificate.
