Volunteer Horticulturalist

Creative Support Ltd is a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization committed to providing high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are seeking a volunteer horticulturalist to join our team in Leicester and contribute to our gardening program.

Job Summary:

• Lead gardening sessions for service users with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Share knowledge and skills in plant growth and garden maintenance.
• Assist with fundraising efforts for the garden project.
• Promote sessions to service users and encourage participation.

Requirements:

• Experience in gardening or horticulture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid first aid certificate.
