Are you a green-fingered individual looking for a rewarding volunteering experience? Creative Support is seeking a Gardening Volunteer to help us support people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Leicester.

The successful candidate will work 3 hours per week on a Thursday, developing and running gardening sessions for our service users. This includes designing session plans, sharing knowledge of gardening techniques, helping with fundraising, and promoting the sessions to our service users.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits, for this full-time role. As a Gardening Volunteer, you will play a key role in helping our service users to develop their skills and confidence in gardening.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging gardening sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
