Creative Support is a charity that supports people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Leicester. We are looking for a skilled Gardening Volunteer to develop and run sessions for our service users.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of gardening, particularly growing and looking after plants. They will be able to pass on this knowledge to our service users and help them make the most of our garden space.

We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits, for this full-time role. The successful candidate will work 3 hours per week on a Thursday, coming up with ideas for gardening sessions, sharing knowledge of how to grow plants, helping to fundraise, clearing away, and promoting the sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver gardening sessions for service users
  • Share knowledge and skills with service users
  • Help with fundraising efforts
  • Clear up after sessions
  • Promote the sessions to service users
