Requirements:

* Expert in instructional design authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
* Experience using new AI technologies in L&D
* Experience with multimedia software, video editing tools, and graphic design software is a plus
* Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
