About the Role

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Scientist to join our Genomic Laboratory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bioinformatics services through cloud infrastructure for clinical genomic testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for genomic data analysis
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to design and implement genomic testing protocols
  • Provide training and support to clinical and scientific staff on genomic data analysis and interpretation
  • Contribute to the development of new genomic services and technologies

Requirements
