About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our store team in High Street, Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
  • Support the management of your team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused and driven team player with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience of managing a small to medium sized team in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong leadership and organisation skills.
