Job Title: Store Manager

White Stuff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets sales and profit targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
