- Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management of the store
- Minimise costs and optimise productivity while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Competitive salary of £35,625 rising to £43,440 after 4 years
- Flexible 40 or 45-hour contracts are on offer (including weekends)
- 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 5 weeks after 2 years)
