Join Our Team as a Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Iceland Foods. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with the store management team to implement sales strategies and promotions, and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the store management team to implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay, plus an extra 2 per hour when fulfilling Team Leader shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and a generous holiday allowance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
