About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Aldi UK. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards
  • Make informed business decisions to drive sales growth, minimize costs, and optimize productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management
