You will be responsible for driving high-performing teams to deliver excellent customer service, achieving the highest sales possible, and ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. Our Store Operations Managers are passionate about doing well and are able to motivate employees to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Management: All aspects of employee management, development, and people performance
- Operational Excellence: Strong operational mind-set with the ability to make short and long-term business decisions
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and maintaining consistent high standards
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and due diligence
- Motivation: Passion for success and ability to motivate employees
- Cost Control: Minimising costs and optimising productivity
- Store Management: Management of company property, cost control, and sales figures
- Communication: Regular communication with the Area Manager to ensure best practice in sales development, stock control, and financial management of the store
