A Day in the Life of a Pure Barre Instructor

As a Pure Barre Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering our unique total body workout experience to our clients. With a focus on burning fat, sculpting muscles, and creating long, lean physiques, you will lead up to 20 participants through a minimum of 4 classes per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach a comprehensive range of exercises to cater to different fitness levels and goals.
  • Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and feedback to ensure participants understand and execute exercises correctly.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and any issues or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a certification in group exercise instruction or a related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in leading group fitness classes or working in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Be able to maintain a physically demanding schedule, including evenings and weekends.
