Luxury Fashion Store Leader

Are you a driven and results-focused Store Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Flannels team in Birmingham Fort as a Luxury Fashion Store Leader.
With a strong background in clientele management and premium retail experience, you will have the ability to interpret financial and sales data, drive KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive business success.
Key responsibilities include managing the performance of the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining awareness of current and market trends. You will also be expected to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, plus commission-led bonuses, stocktake bonuses, and quarterly commercial bonuses.
You will also enjoy a range of benefits including 28 days' holiday, 50% instore uniform discount, discounted gym membership, and group-wide 20% discount across all Frasers Group brands.
