You will be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Motivation and Support: Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Session Delivery: Deliver a range of sessions and consultations with confidence
  • Gym Duties: Carry out inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
  • Career Progression: Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move upwards

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £22,776 - £36,612.16 (OTE) per annum, based on 40 hours/week

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
