Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Specialist, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility exercises
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Proven experience in caring for patients following cardiac and thoracic surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At HCA Healthcare UK, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- An annual salary of £43,000-£60,000, depending on experience
