Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and support, while also driving efficiency and productivity in our operations. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the hotel.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or supervisory role.
