**Job Title:** Financial Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote/Wilmslow, UK
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
**Job Description**We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Admin Assistant to join our team in Wilmslow. As a key member of the Credit Control team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Group Credit Manager and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing copy contracts, invoices & VAT schedules as & when requested
- Processing name changes & deeds of novation
- Processing account/contract write-offs
- Compiling bi-monthly DCA report
- Re-instating & setting up new direct debits
- Amending bank details on customer accounts
- Resolving customer queries
- Calculating settlement figures & processing settlement invoices
Requirements: Basic Admin skills, High level of attention to detail, Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Professional attitude and persona, Positive outlook, Strong work ethic, Ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels, Generate and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues.
