Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote or Wilmslow

Our company, 2M Employment Solutions Limited, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Credit Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

About the Role:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact with our solicitors, providing them with the necessary documents and information in a timely manner.
  • You will process name changes, deeds of novation, and account/contract write-offs, maintaining accurate records throughout.
  • You will compile bi-monthly DCA reports, highlighting key metrics and trends in our credit control activities.
  • You will re-instate and set up new direct debits, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • You will amend bank details on customer accounts, keeping our financial records up-to-date.
  • You will resolve customer queries efficiently, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You will calculate settlement figures and process settlement invoices, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will perform other ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
