Role Overview

We are Sosandar, a leading online fashion brand based in the UK. Our dynamic team is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our growing organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to take on a key role in our finance department.

About You
  • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities
  1. Process accounts payable, including coding invoices and reconciliations
  2. Verify stock invoices against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies
  3. Prepare wholesale sales invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  4. Oversee accounts receivable, chasing late payments and providing remittances to suppliers
  5. Reconcile bank receipts and payments, as well as petty cash
  6. Process employee expenses and obtain necessary approvals
