This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator, playing a crucial role in promoting our charity partners and engaging with the public to secure vital funds. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced fundraisers, developing your skills and knowledge in fundraising, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting charity partners and engaging with the public
  • Working independently to achieve targets and meet performance expectations
  • Developing relationships with local communities and stakeholders

Requirements
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to reach targets
  • Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or face-to-face interaction
  • Able to work core hours (11am-7pm), particularly twilight hours (5-7pm)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

Salary and Benefits
You will receive a competitive salary starting from £23,795, plus uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE). Other benefits include 28 days annual leave, flexi holiday scheme, pension, healthcare plan, death in service plan, and unrivalled training and on-going support.
