**About the Opportunity:**

As an Employment Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting individual participants and the overall provision to local and regional organisations and stakeholder groups to secure strong relationships and long-term employer commitment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To establish and maintain relationships with employers, external training providers & colleges, alongside other employment based providers to achieve sustainable jobs and skills outcomes for participants on the Hopeful Families project.
  • To promote individual participants and the overall provision to local and regional organisations and stakeholder groups, in order to secure strong relationships and long-term employer commitment.
  • To achieve specific outcome targets in relation to employment, training/education and external job search activities for participants.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the issues facing the long term unemployed and vulnerable customer groups, as well as experience in delivering against business development plans and interpreting expected outcomes.
