DN Tanks is a leading provider of liquid storage design and construction services. We're seeking an experienced Associate Preconstruction Estimator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As an Associate Preconstruction Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing and coordinating budgetary and bid-level estimates for current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project bid documents and correspondences to develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work and potential risks.
  • Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs to develop a detailed basis of estimate for assigned scope of work.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver Proposal Letters to General Contractors.
  • Solicit participation from subcontractors and vendors required to support the scope of work.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
