Customer Service Coordinator

Description OverviewKey responsibilities include resolving customer queries and claims, providing accurate delivery dates, and liaising with the Planning team to ensure SAP delivery dates align with availability. You will also be responsible for researching and resolving customer issues, redirecting issues to appropriate resources, and escalating urgent matters.
Scope of the Role- Provide customer support and administer customer services processes, liaising with the Company on behalf of the customer.
- Receive and process customer orders via EDI, email, or portal, responding to inquiries and/or complaints.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure SAP delivery dates align with product availability.
- Research and resolve customer issues, redirecting or escalating as necessary.
- Coordinate customer service plans and serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a highly regulated business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a focus on pivots and lookups.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above.
- Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing demand trends.
