We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Perrigo. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, resolving customer queries and claims, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders for UK, EU, and International Markets
  • Resolve customer queries and claims in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate delivery dates and liaise with the Planning team to ensure SAP delivery dates are aligned with availability
  • Research and resolve customer issues, redirecting issues to appropriate resources as needed
  • Coordinate customer service plans and serve as a point person for customer inquiries
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a highly regulated business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including pivots and lookups
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands
