Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Management Specialist to join our team at United Living Group. As a Site Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site management, with a strong background in construction project management. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction methods and technologies.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure resource levels are in line with budgeted expectations
  • Ensure comprehensive method statements and risk assessments are in place
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in site management
  • Strong background in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • EUSR SHEA Gas competency
  • CSCS Managers Card
