We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Finefair. The successful candidate will have a Law Degree or educated to a degree level with LPC and a minimum of 1 year experience in a paralegal role.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our legal and operational teams to ensure compliance, manage disputes, and provide valuable legal guidance across the business. With a portfolio of over 3,000 properties across London, the Midlands, and Home Counties, we offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference.

Job Description:
  • Audit and review contracts with local authorities and the Home Office, ensuring operational and legal compliance
  • Handle disputes, draft legal documents, and instruct solicitors or counsel as needed
  • Manage tenancy issues, including eviction and possession proceedings
  • Support compliance with Council Tax, planning laws, HMO licenses, and risk management
  • Oversee policy renewals, and claims, and ensure effective risk coverage
  • Advise on matters from intellectual property to data protection

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £27,500 per annum (based on experience). This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm. You will be part of a dynamic company providing essential housing and support services to those in need.

Requirements:
  • Candidate should have preferably a Law Degree or educated to a degree level with LPC
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a paralegal role
  • Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to handle complex conversations with professionalism
