About the Role:

The Distribution Manager is a key member of the workshop team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of luxury products. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct the distribution team to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered safely and on time.
  • Update and manage aspects of the Production Report.
  • Manage in-house corporate personalizing and engraving schedules.
  • Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to the workshop team for quality control and labeling before storage.
  • Record all stock movements, track and control samples, including high-value and bespoke items.
  • Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any discrepancies, and report results.
