Job Title: Management Support Specialist

About the Role
The Sanctuary Personnel Ltd team is seeking a permanent Practice Manager for the CPAT Team in Redbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of HCPC registered and unregistered staff, ensuring the operational delivery of a Children's Social Care Service aligns with legislation and local policies, and achieving best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities
• Leading a team of HCPC registered and unregistered staff, ensuring the operational delivery of a Children's Social Care Service aligns with legislation and local policies, and achieving best outcomes for children.
• Managing staff, including individual performance management and professional development, through regular meetings, mentoring, and setting developmental targets.
• Modeling and using critical reflective skills to enhance best practice in management, supervision, or organizational settings.
• Writing reports and briefing papers on policy and operational issues and participating in various meetings, case conferences, and task forces.
• Engaging in continual professional development.
