Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Head of Quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and operational leader to shape and define the company's approach to quality, drive business-wide cultures, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance global standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all locations globally and will work closely with regional quality teams, manufacturing site teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Global Head of Quality will be the focal point for all quality-related issues, raising the profile of quality and creating a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and systematically eliminating excessive appraisal and failure costs
  • Ensuring timely escalation and reporting of significant quality events
  • Developing and implementing a global quality strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality improvement in a multi-site environment, with experience working in a global industrial or engineering business. They will be fully conversant with the requirements of ISO 9001 and have a strong understanding of quality management systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to make a significant impact and shape the future of the company. The role will require travel (approximately 30% of the time) to various locations, including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US.
