Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Global Quality. As a key member of our client's leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and defining the company's approach to quality, driving business-wide cultural transformations, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to enhance global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters
  • Raise the profile of quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
  • Identify and systematically eliminate excessive appraisal and failure costs
  • Ensure timely escalation and reporting of significant quality events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site global quality management role
  • Demonstrable experience in driving quality improvement in a multi-site environment, with a willingness to travel for approximately 30% of the time
  • Thorough understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001
  • Experience overseeing and supporting internal and external audits
  • Ability to develop a global quality strategy while maintaining operational involvement with plant quality managers
  • Background working for a global industrial or engineering business
