Business Development Specialist

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Assessor and Trainer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working with learners across various vocational areas, including HR, Customer Service, Business Administration, Leadership and Management, Project Management, Marketing, Digital Skills, and Financial Services.
As an ideal candidate, you will possess a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and a teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.). You should also have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in any of the specified vocations and hold your own Level 3 in a relevant vocation. Additionally, a full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements.
Key responsibilities include assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships, delivering training, managing your diary efficiently, and maintaining documentation on learners' progress. As a dedicated professional, you will support, advise, and motivate learners to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet their needs.
With a competitive salary range of £27,500 – £32,000 depending on skills and experience, this role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth within our organisation.
