We are looking for a seasoned Assessor for Healthcare Excellence to join our dynamic team at The Sterling Group.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional assessment and support services to apprentices in the healthcare sector. As an Assessor for Healthcare Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our apprentices and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement robust individual learning plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each apprentice
  2. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support the growth and development of our apprentices
  3. Collaborate closely with employers, line managers, and workplace facilitators to ensure seamless integration of learning into work environments

What We Offer:

  1. A competitive salary of £31,000-£33,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
