Assessor for Healthcare Excellence

We are looking for a seasoned Assessor for Healthcare Excellence to join our dynamic team at The Sterling Group.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional assessment and support services to apprentices in the healthcare sector. As an Assessor for Healthcare Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our apprentices and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust individual learning plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each apprentice
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support the growth and development of our apprentices
- Collaborate closely with employers, line managers, and workplace facilitators to ensure seamless integration of learning into work environments
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £31,000-£33,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
