About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical skills training to healthcare professionals and supporting them in their ongoing development. Your role will also involve assessing their progress and providing feedback.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering apprenticeship standards across the Healthcare sector up to and including Level 5, as well as a recognised assessor qualification like CAVA or TAQA equivalent.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver clinical skills training to healthcare professionals
- Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship standards at Levels 3 to 5 within Healthcare (Healthcare Support Worker)
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners on their progress
