Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Professional to join our team at The Sterling Group. As an Apprenticeship Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering work-based training and apprenticeships to dedicated caseloads in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct, mentor, and provide support to learners throughout their learning journey
  • Monitor and assess learners working towards full Apprenticeship standards at Levels 3 to 5 within Healthcare (Healthcare Support Worker)
  • Maintain and improve standards of learning and assessment through ongoing personal and professional growth
  • Foster collaboration and motivation among learners, managers, and workplace facilitators to create tailored learning plans

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering apprenticeship standards across the Healthcare up to and including Level 5
  • Recognised assessor qualification - CAVA, TAQA equivalent
  • Significant experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Level 5 qualification or equivalent
