Apprentice Trainer

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to apprentices in the Healthcare sector, assessing their progress, and providing pastoral support. Your role will also involve engaging with employers, line managers, and workplace facilitators to ensure innovative and dynamic learning experiences.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering apprenticeship standards across the Healthcare sector up to and including Level 5, as well as a recognised assessor qualification like CAVA or TAQA equivalent.

• Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship standards at Levels 3 to 5 within Healthcare (Healthcare Support Worker)
• Maintain and deliver high standards of learning and assessment through continuous personal and professional development
• Engage and motivate learners, managers, and workplace facilitators in building robust individual learning plans which meet the learner and service needs
