Job Title: Accessible Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated Accessible Learning Facilitator to join our team at Randstad.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As an Accessible Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all learners have equal access to education and employment opportunities by providing tailored support and accommodations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to identify and implement accessible solutions.
  • Developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and events to promote accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and training outcomes.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all training programs are delivered to the highest standards and meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • A background in teaching, training, or a related field, preferably in assistive technologies.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or specific learning differences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and quickly learn new assistive technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students in higher education.
  • Knowledge of specific learning difficulties like dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders.

Role Details:

  • Probation period: 6 months.
  • Working hours: 08:30-17:30, with possible overtime during peak times.
  • Work environment: Hybrid (both in-person and remote).
