We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Sales Leader to join our team as Head of Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a winning sales strategy.
About the RoleAs Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy to drive business expansion
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

- A proven track record of sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
