Regional Sales Manager - Aerospace & Defence

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the aerospace, defence, and power generation sectors. Working from a hybrid position in England, you will target these industries with a consultative sales approach.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the UK market, focusing on composites in industry.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is essential. You should have 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in the commercialization of materials within the aerospace and defence sectors. Key account management skills and a background in contract negotiation are also necessary.

Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability in pricing strategies and deal closure.
  • A strategic approach to sales planning and business development.

The ideal candidate will be based in England and will have a deep understanding of the aerospace and defence markets. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
