We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team supporting colleagues with advice and guidance on training needs across the Group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support colleagues with advice and guidance on training needs to ensure delivery of high-quality development and training to staff.
  • Supporting with the identification and design (where appropriate) of learning solutions and delivery of relevant business projects.
  • Coaching managers and facilitating discussion on learning needs and conducting gap analysis to identify specific requirements
  • Monitoring and evaluating learning programmes and the effectiveness of these within the business, making improvements when required
  • Engage with the business providing information, advice and guidance relevant to learning and development solutions including apprenticeships, work placements and professional qualifications
  • Supporting succession planning and talent management processes, implementing development solutions for future successors to senior/business critical roles
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified and willing to work towards a Chartered Membership or equivalent in Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering learning & development interventions.
  • Previous experience working within a similar role in a Learning & Development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We offer a salary of £32,180.16 per annum, 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays, 8-week sickness pay scheme + Stat NEST Pension, On-site free parking, Professional training and development - With potential to attain professional qualifications, An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
