Natural Stone Project Manager and Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Natural Stone Project Manager and Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Innova Stone, specializing in high-end residential projects in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and surveying within the natural stone sector, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of natural stone projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and assessments, evaluating project requirements and specifications related to natural stone materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Advise clients on the selection of natural stone materials, considering aesthetics, durability, and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work complies with industry standards and client expectations, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
Proven experience in project management and surveying within the natural stone or construction industry, particularly in high-end residential projects. Strong understanding of natural stone materials, their properties, and installation techniques. Proficiency in project management software and surveying tools. Relevant qualifications in project management, surveying, or a related field.
