Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor - High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of interior and exterior natural stone projects, working closely with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the delivery of interior and exterior natural stone projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor - High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- High levels of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports accurately.
