Project Manager - High End Fit Out and Natural Stone Sector

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to oversee a variety of high-end interior and exterior natural stone projects. As a Project Manager, you will work with Tier 1 contractors, developers, and fit-out companies, managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation projects, with values up to £4 million
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client specifications
  • Manage risk assessments, health & safety compliance, and site documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Report regularly to senior management on project performance and financials
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end fit-out, tiling, or stone projects
  • Experience in managing projects involving masonry, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, or stone refurbishment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Office, Procore and Asite
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
