- Process supplier invoices and payments in Xero">
- Raise client invoices and monitor purchase order processing systems">
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and credit notes">
- Input weekly paid subcontractors on the wage spreadsheet, upload to Xero and raise payments for payment runs">
- Balance monthly supplier statements and raise month-end payments">
- Assist in running journal reconciliations and produce cost reports for monthly client valuations">
- Deal with supplier and site queries, answer calls and update the training matrix">
Requirements:">">Experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Clerk, or Junior Finance Assistant, with experience in sales and purchase ledger tasks, competence in using Excel, and strong communication and organisational skills.">">
