About the Role: NJR Recruitment Careers is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill a Senior Administrator position. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers, who form part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting a demanding individual, offering first-class communication and organisational skills. They must be able to liaise with High Net Worth individuals and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. An IFA/Provider background is advantageous but not essential.

Daily Duties:

">
  • Supporting the Managing Director
  • Sending LOAs to clients for signature
  • Processing new business applications
  • Client valuations & illustrations
  • Dealing with annual reviews; organising and preparing pre-meeting paperwork
  • Sending LOAs and requests for information to providers

Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using technology to manage tasks and deadlines

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience
