Employee Relations Coordinator

Venesky Brown, a prominent public sector organisation based in Glasgow, seeks a skilled Wellbeing Assistant Advisor for a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of £15.50 (PAYE).
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures effectively. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Main Accountabilities- Customer Service: Provide high-quality advice and guidance to line managers and staff on people-related matters.
- Casework Coordination: Record absence and return to work on the system, and provide attendance management advice to individuals and line management as required.
- Support and Development: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of individual/team deliverables.
The selected candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Selection Criteria:
- Professional Qualifications: Educated to SQA Higher level or equivalent.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyse data for reporting purposes.
- Technical Competence: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
