Are you a motivated and skilled individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Expert to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As an Employee Relations Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert support in employee relations matters, leading settlement negotiations, and ensuring legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employee relations, providing expert advice, and generating reports. You will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a day off on your birthday, profit share scheme, contributory pension scheme, Christmas bonus, access to an award-winning Employee Assistance Programme, and private health insurance after 5 years of service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support in employee relations matters
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
